Bio
ProfessorJo is a Welsh Drum and Bass producer and DJ. He started out performing at local venues in West Wales for various labels such as Wonkcrafts, Squash Records and Union Sounds. After repeatedly invited back, he was then picked up for a five-week residency at Creature Sounds.
ProfessorJo boasts an eclectic range of Drum & Bass knowledge, known for playing heavy cinematic Neurofunk, Rollers and Liquid. While more recently he has been looking to experiment by delving into Deep 140, 90's Hip-Hop, Garage and House. His closing sets have gained much popularity since he began his DJ journey as he vows to close every night with a bang!
Having recently moved to Brighton he is currently completing his Electronic Music and Business Undergraduate Course and is excited to share the Welsh passion for Drum and Bass with the Brighton Underground music scene, IYK Records and beyond!
